D#8, HW#5 - Deadline Reflection

Peer reviews allow me to see how others are researching their specific topics and sometimes may even lead to potential resources (databases or websites) for the topic I’m currently covering or topics I may cover in the future. It seems that while I enjoy the way this course is generally set up, the interaction is not very strong. I wish I knew how to improve this aspect of class.

The reading of Part 3 has been very helpful in reminding me about sentence structures and how the words I choose to use in my paper can be more effective in getting my view and points across. While I don’t feel it actually helped me with the writing of WP#2, the information and exercises will definitely be beneficial when I write my WP#3 and #4.

There were also several webpage links to review. I initially only skimmed them as there were several to view. However, after reviewing each one thoroughly again, it’s information I’ll be using for WP#3 and #4.

I would have preferred to have assignments that were more geared towards the drafting of my final of WP#2 which is due tomorrow. I guess at this point though I’ll need to rely on what I’ve learned prior to this deadline and hope that my WP#2 is written as it should be.
