D#7, HW#3 - Designing Effective Docs

I definitely thought about my design for WP#2 as well as 3 and 4. Although I shared my WP#2 before I read chapter 11, (lesson in the making - don't run until you can walk) I still made a few minor changes by adding lines and changing font styles to some headings that I also added. I believe it makes the document look more professional.
