This book is composed from authors who are professors, two of which are international. This could be a solid authoritative resource.

Article demonstrates that teens are willing to fight for the right to vote, including going to the House committee to introduce a bill for lowering the voting age in America. This article is 5 years old, but the concept is still relevant. I also noticed there was a mention of a youth group called “Generation NOW” which I have been unsuccessful in locating through internet searches.
